The Capri Restaurant is a Boise institution, an original 1950-‘s diner serving up home “home style meals”, and known for its fun breakfast. Many would argue “they have the best Biscuits and gravy in the world”. The Success of the Capri is due to the long time staff and ownership that has been in place for over 2 decades. Eggs dry scrambled just as requested; you wouldn't believe how often this is messed up other places.
